Which shape should I choose?
Choose the G-shape Original for the most support in one pillow, the U for support on both sides, and the C if your bed is smaller. The Bump Wedge is a light option for travel or early pregnancy.
Why does it arrive flat?
Large pillows are vacuum-packed to ship. Unpack, shake and leave flat. They return to full shape in 48–72 hours.
When should I start using one?
Whenever it feels comfortable. Many people start in the second trimester, when side-sleeping becomes the most comfortable position.
Can my baby sleep on it?
No. Cradlo pillows are for adults. Never let a baby sleep on, with or near a pregnancy or nursing pillow. The Nest nursing pillow is for feeding with an awake adult only.
